**SALES DEVELOPMENT REPRESENTATIVE**

Since 2016, Spartakus Technologies has been helping businesses thrive through the implementation of digital asset tracking solutions and high-end maintenance and reliability consulting and training.
- Qualify leads: Evaluate the relevance of prospects according to defined criteria, qualify their interest and their level of qualification.
- Collaboration with sales and marketing team: Work closely with the sales and marketing team to pass on qualified leads and ensure a smooth transition to the sales process.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate tracking of prospecting activities and results, using sales tracking tools and reports.
- Prospect education: Provide relevant information on our products/services and educate prospects on the added value of our solutions, in particular through content created by the sales and marketing team.
- Market: Stay up-to-date on market trends, competition, and industry developments

**What you should have**
- A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- 1 year of experience in sales or customer service ideally in the industrial sector.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
- Speaking French an asset
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with potential clients
- Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
- Time management and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility and adaptability to change
