- Lead Patient Organization Tracker project to support tracking existing initiatives and interactions with Patients Organizations and related activities such as patient advocacy benchmarking and KPIs management;
- Lead monthly C&E Newsletter on key projects & support internal events coverage in Novartis headquarters allocated in Montreal with content production for internal channels;
- Be responsible for AI-enabled analytics and insights for our social media channels and to better understand/engage with our online audiences;
- Be part of Health Equity project team supporting implementation along with Corporate Communication & Patient Engagement Lead;
- Support Neurology and Cardiology therapeutical areas Leads in activities related to media activations, influencers campaign and patient organizations’ engagement;

**Role Requirements**
- Bachelor’s degree / University Diploma or equivalent in progress in Communications or Public Affairs fields;
