Collectively, these colleges have more than 15,000 students graduating from technical programs every year.

**Reports To**: Manager, Products, Learning & Project Management Office

**Salary Range**: $41,000-$60,000

**Hours**: 37.5 hours/week;

**Full-time Location**: Calgary

**Expected Start Date**: 21 February 2023

**Summary**:
**Job Duties & Responsibilities**
- Support project tracking across several departments
- Weekly/monthly/quarterly reporting
- Control file and document management, upkeep
- Facilitate project update meetings as both a lead and contributor
- Integrate scope and schedule changes from a department head into project tracking
- Understand change impact and communicate changes to all stakeholders. Understand the reasons why, what happened, and be able to suggest alternate solutions.
- Contribute to new process creation, implementation, and evaluation across IT, Marketing, Content, Product Dev, and Customer services
- Support QA and QC processes and implementations
- Complete project closing, Lessons learned documentation
- Other tasks as assigned

**Qualifications and Skills**

2-5 Years leading projects
- Experience ‘owning’ project tracking and reporting
- BBA/Business Degree, or PM Certificate with applicable experience

**Assets**:

- Experience in MS Suite, Airtable, Zoho Suite, Asana, Jira, Salesforce, or other PM software.
- CAPM or PMP, Scrum Certifications, PM courses are assets.
- Familiarity with Learning & Development, instructional design principles
