**Location: Blackshop Restaurant and Wine Bar, Cambridge Ontario**

**Hours: Monday - Sundays**

**_ We are looking to add an experienced FOH Manager to our team_**

**What You Will Be Doing**:

- Lead front of house staff in everyday functions and assist with inventory control
- Work closely with management to develop departmental goals, product quality, and brand standards; assure department appearance and cleanliness
- Adhere to local and government cleanliness restrictions in order to run a clean and health department abiding facility
- Utilize POS system to accurately charge customers, track revenue reports and ensure timeliness of food and beverage
- Ensure customer satisfaction by quickly fixing any issues
- Facilitate quick and efficient communication between front and back-of-house (BOH)

**What You Bring to the Table**:

- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to work together as a team
- High school diploma or GED certificate
- Several years of restaurant experience
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Flexibility to work mornings, days, nights, weekends, and holidays as required
- Must have Saturday and Sunday morning availability
