Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining high standards of food quality and cleanliness. **Duties**:

- Manage all aspects of the restaurant, including staff supervision, inventory management, and financial performance
- Train and develop team members to provide excellent customer service
- Create and maintain a positive work environment that fosters teamwork and employee morale
- Monitor food preparation and presentation to ensure consistency and adherence to quality standards
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner
- Implement and enforce health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations and timely food delivery
- Oversee the ordering of supplies and manage inventory levels effectively
- Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate updates, provide training, and address any concerns

**Skills**:

- Strong knowledge of Point of Sale (POS) systems for order processing and payment handling
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Experience in conducting interviews, hiring, and training new employees
- Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on creating a positive dining experience
- Knowledge of food service regulations and best practices for food handling and safety
- Previous experience in hotel or kitchen management is preferred but not required
- Proven ability to supervise staff effectively and delegate tasks accordingly
- Proficient in food preparation techniques and menu planning

**Salary**: $18.00-$22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
