Job Summary: The Property Maintenance Manager for Lakeview Events in Barrhead, Alberta, is responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of property maintenance, with a particular focus on lawn mowing and upkeep. This role involves ensuring the aesthetic appeal, safety, and functionality of the property. The Property Maintenance Manager will collaborate with various individuals to maintain a well-maintained and welcoming environment for events and visitors. This role also requires the ability to travel between Barrhead and Sturgeon County.

Key Responsibilities:
Property Maintenance: Plan, schedule, and oversee the regular maintenance of the property, with a primary emphasis on lawn mowing and landscaping.
Coordinate and perform lawn care tasks, including mowing, trimming, fertilizing, and weed control, to maintain a well-manicured appearance.
Oversee and execute general maintenance activities such as painting, repairs, and equipment maintenance as needed. Address maintenance issues, and take appropriate corrective actions.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Proven experience in property maintenance, with a focus on lawn care and landscaping.
- Strong knowledge of lawn care techniques, equipment, and materials.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of liaising with vendors, contractors, and internal stakeholders.
- Proficiency in using maintenance tools, equipment, etc.
- Valid driver's license and the ability to operate maintenance equipment and vehicles.
