**Location**: Toronto or Ottawa, Hybrid

**Scope of Position**

This position is a diverse role in the Wealth Management department supporting the team in achieving the business delivery and operational objectives through effective administrative support. They will fulfill day-to-day operations regarding different aspects of Wealth Management including reporting and regulatory requirements, processing transactions, following up on operational queries and additional administrative duties as necessary; and makes recommendations to improve processes related to their administrative tasks.

**Key Responsibilities**
- RRIF conversion reporting and follow up/process as required
- Processing Alterna Transfers for Wealth Advisors and other documentation as required
- 1st level contact for follow up on operational queries for WA representatives with dealer service center
- Manage the MFDA/IIROC redemption tracker and follow up with reps
- Monitoring the daily wealth inbox, assign tasks to appropriate advisors and update the referral tracking log
- Update information on Wealth CRM
- Collaborates with internal stakeholders in order to deliver on business objectives
- Map key operational workflow processes to create standardization
- Identifies and escalates all irregularities and discrepancies to management and compliance as per guidelines.
- Other related duties as assigned

**Qualifications**
- Post secondary education combined with 2 years _related_ experience in a similar role in a financial institution
- Knowledge of investment products and wealth management
- Willingness to pursue additional learning programs
