**POSITION OVERVIEW**:
**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:
**LISTINGS/SELLERS**:

- **Obtain and Manage Listing Information**: Secure RPR (Realtors Property Report) and all pertinent listing details.
- **Coordinate Photography**: Schedule and manage appointments with photographers.
- **Update Social Media**: Maintain and update listings on Facebook Shop.
- **Showings**: Book showings and collect feedback between 9 am and 9 pm, 7 days a week
- **Seller Communications**: Address seller questions, concerns, and provide updates between 9 am and 9 pm.
- **Bi-Weekly Listing Updates**: Prepare and update listing information for DSJ (Daily Summary Journal).
- **Condo Documentation**: Obtain and manage condominium documents as needed.
- **Seller CRM Management**: Add and maintain client information in team CRM.
- **Conduct CMAs**: Perform Comparative Market Analyses (CMAs) as required.
- **Documentation**: Complete, scan, and upload documents to Dropbox. Confirm appointments and file for follow-up.

**OPEN HOUSES**:

- **Weekly Scheduling**: Plan and schedule open houses, including brochures, flyers, and refreshments such as waters and/or colouring supplies.

**AGENT SUPPORT**:

- **Offer Management**: Assist with writing offers between 9 am and 9 pm, 7 days a week.
- **Repree Training**: Attend and assist with Repree training sessions, approximately 1-2 times per year.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- **Attention to Detail**: Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- **Excellent Communication Skills**: Strong ability to manage client communications and provide updates effectively.
- **Anticipation and Problem-Solving**: Ability to anticipate needs and provide proactive solutions.
- **Positive Attitude**: Demonstrate a “can-do” attitude and maintain a professional demeanour.
- **Client Management**: Proven ability to manage client relationships and address their needs efficiently.

**SCHEDULE**:
This is an in-office position requiring flexibility between 9 am and 9 pm, 7 days a week. Exact hours and schedule will be determined based on workload and availability. Some after hours work & weekends remotely as required.

**Qualifications**
- Strong organizational skills to manage clients & listings effectively
- Excellent communication skills to interact with clients and team members
- Experience in customer service to provide exceptional support
- Proficiency in negotiation and marketing for successful property transactions
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities to cater to diverse clientele
- Administrative experience to handle various tasks efficiently

Pay: $18.50 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 35 per week
