As the **Marketing Manager,** you will oversee and coordinate all aspects of marketing activities, both online and offline, to drive Anne Mulaire’s growth and sales. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the company's market presence, building brand equity, and achieving revenue targets. This is a key role within Anne Mulaire with an opportunity for personal and professional growth.

**Your Day to Day**
- Run all digital and community brand campaigns and product launches.
- Increase organic SEO and authority score throughout entire website
- Set, track, and monitor monthly key KPI’s across marketing channels
- Develop and implement a customer journey strategy and funnel metrics to increase CRO and LTV of customers
- Compose and direct social media engagement strategies
- Define and implement lead generation strategies to increase brand awareness including regularly review customer journey and conversion funnels for site improvements, implementing landing pages and performing A/B testing, and implementing strategies to ultimately drive revenue and increase conversion and AOV
- Management of Sponsored Ads independently or with agency partners
- Oversee the customer retention and referral program
- Incorporate an affiliate marketing program
- Work closely with the Director of Sustainability to commercialize and market circular recycling programs and projects
- Work closely with Customer Service to increase the Customer Net Promoter Score
- Oversee the marketing budget
**What you’ll bring**
- Excellent organizational and project management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Entrepreneurial spirit with a competitive mindset to acquire new customers and drive sales
- Good understanding of data and analytics such as Shopify, SEO, CRO reports, Google Analytics, and third-party apps
- Must be able to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
- Must be personable and able to work in a team environment
- Must have experience working with agencies and contractors
- Ability to think independently and creatively to problem solve
- Experience in scaling brands is preferred
- Graphic design experience a plus
**Additional requirements**
- Work: This hybrid position will be based in our main office in Winnipeg, Manitoba.
- Minimum of at least 4 years of experience in marketing/sales.
