**Please note**:

- This is an in-office position, Monday - Friday.
- The salary offer will be tailored to your qualifications and demonstrated skills.

**Qualifications & Requirements**:

- Bilingual (English/French)
- Fluent in the French language (read, write and speak)
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Proven experience in an administrative role with a focus on attention to detail
- Ability to work in office, Monday - Friday
- Valid drivers license and reliable form of transportation (no bus route to our location)
- Police check and ability to obtain Top Secret security clearance with the Government of Canada
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently, as well as collaboratively
- Motivated self-starter
- Problem-solver

**Assets & Previous Experience**:

- Tech Savvy
- Microsoft Project
- Working on construction projects
- Working with Engineers
- Understanding and reading architectural drawings
- Ability and want to gain technical knowledge
- Project coordination experience
- Procurement
- Shipping/receiving
