Recreation Attendant

To ‘open’ and ‘close’ the Recreation Centre, as per the schedule

To be properly attired at all times

To have good communication skills and be able to deal with day-to-day Owner problems involving the Recreation Centre

To be familiar with aquatic and leisure activities

Enforce all facility rules and safety regulations, as per Management

Ensure that residents and guests have a safe and enjoyable experience

To monitor the use of the Recreation Centre and keep statistical information on use of equipment and facility

To complete daily inspections and keep records of facility maintenance requests

To provide for the safety supervision of the Owners and their guests

To oversee facility equipment and enforce rules and regulations

Oversees the administration and operation of recreational programs and the facility

Upon entering the Recreation Centre, Resident’s must present and submit a card to gain access to the facilities

The Recreation Attendant is to review the card(s) to ensure that they are valid

Membership cards are to be left with the Recreation Attendant until the Resident leaves. This will allow for the staff to know who is inside of the building in case of an emergency.

To test the water chemistry of the swimming pool prior to opening

To oversee the aquatic facility when no guard on duty

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 6-12 per week

**Salary**: $16.00-$18.00 per hour
