Role Summary

Main Responsibilities:
**General Administrative Duties**
- Recurring monthly billing & other
- Respond to various customer requests regarding billing and payments.
- Collection of overdue accounts
- Any other departmental related tasks or requests.
- Month end reports and requests

Qualifications and Competencies
- DEP or DEC in accounting or administration.
- Minimum 2-4 years’ experience
- Established knowledge of Microsoft Office suite software (e.g., Word, Excel, )
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in both **French & English**
- Strong organization and multi-tasking skills

Principales responsabilités:
**Tâches administratives générales**
- Facturation pour services récurent
- Enregistrement des dépôts quotidiens
- Répondre aux différentes demandes de client pour ce qui est de la facturation et des paiements
- Suivi des comptes à recevoir
- Toutes autres tâches administratives connexes

Qualifications et compétences:

- DEP en comptabilité ou DES et expérience pertinente équivalente.
- Au moins 2 à 4 ans d’expérience;
- Connaissance approfondie des logiciels de la suite Microsoft Office (c.à-d. Word, Excel)
- Excellentes aptitudes en communication orale et écrite, en français et en anglais;
- Sens aigu de l’organisation et aptitude au travail multitâche;

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $22.00-$24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24 per week
