**About You**

We are looking for a Content Writer to join our team. This is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about writing and marketing. The Content Writer will work closely with the Marketing Manager to create engaging content that will engage our audience. This position will report to the Marketing Manager.

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Create social media posts and blogs that drive traffic to our website and/or social media channels.
- Write blog posts that are engaging and informative.
- Write website copy that is engaging and informative.
- Write blog posts that are engaging and informative.
- Research topics related to our industry to write blog posts about current trends, competitive analysis, etc.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace with all work in accordance with company policies and guidelines.
- Other duties as assigned by the Marketing Manager or Business Development Manager.

**Skills Required and Qualifications**
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred. College degree preferred.
- 2+ years of writing experience in an online or print medium required; 1+ years in a writing role preferred.
- Excellent written English language skills including grammar, spelling, punctuation, word usage, organization, etc.; ability to write engaging content that engages readers effectively; ability to write effectively in multiple genres; ability to write reports, proposals, memos, letters, etc.; ability to write reports using Microsoft Word; ability to type at least 40 words per minute; ability to use spell-checker; ability to use Google Drive (or equivalent) effectively; ability to navigate websites using keyboard and mouse without assistance; ability to use Microsoft Office Suite (Word/Excel/PowerPoint/Word processing/WordMaker) effectively; ability to learn new software programs quickly; willingness to learn new software programs as needed; willingness to learn new marketing techniques as needed; willingness to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment where success depends on teamwork efforts; flexibility in working schedule when required for departmental needs (e.g., travel); excellent organizational skills; attention to detail; dependability and reliability when performing assigned duties when directed by the Marketing Manager or Business Development Manager.

**Salary**: $40,000.00 per month

Supplemental pay types:
