*Duties*
- Plan and direct food preparation and culinary activities
- Create and execute menus in collaboration with management
- Supervise kitchen staff and coordinate their tasks
- Ensure compliance with food safety standards and regulations
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
- Train new kitchen staff members
- High interaction with seniors
*Qualifications*
- Proven experience working in a restaurant or similar food service establishment
- In-depth knowledge of food preparation techniques and meal presentation
- Familiarity with kitchen equipment and utensils
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team
- Excellent time management and organizational abilities
- Certification in food safety is preferred but not required
**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual
Pay: $20.65-$25.68 per hour
Expected hours: 8 - 32 per week
