Part-time Assistant Live-in Superintendent

**Summary**
We are currently seeking a part time live-in superintendent to work at our Sutton Mills properties.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Maintain the building and grounds in a tidy and safe condition.
- Address residents’ concerns and security
- Maintain excellent relations with residents.
- Take steps to ensure resident retention.
- Maintain exterior walkways, entrances during winter Months. Snow removal and removal of recycling/garbage bins as needed.
- Complete work orders and perform minor maintenance.
- Complete a daily walkthrough of the building and completion of fire safety, maintenance checklists.
- Lock and unlock common rooms in the building as required.
- On occasion, coordinate move-ins/outs. Which includes, monitoring the service elevator usage.
- Collect letters and notices from residents and serve correspondence.
- Monitor activity throughout the building, ensuring residents and guests adhere to company policies.
- Manage the parking lot and second car requests.
**Education/Experience**
- Minimum one-year related experience in a similar building superintendent role
- Six months’ related experience working in sanitation/cleaning role.
- Ability to work independently and part of a team.
- Excellent customer service and problem
- solving skills.
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent education
**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
