**Who are you?**

You have a bachelor’s degree or diploma in marketing, corporate communications, or a related field. Ideally, you have 2+ years of experience in a marketing coordinator or similar role (although we will consider recent graduates who can demonstrate relevant co-op or part-time experience).

You are excited to begin or advance your career in marketing and eager to learn new technologies to support your efforts. You are a proven writer with excellent attention to detail. You are obsessed with ensuring that communications are written and designed to influence your audience to take action. You have a preliminary understanding of the strategy involved in building a digital presence, such as SEO, PPC, and social media outreach. Ideally, you can demonstrate proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (or other graphic design programs) and the ability to quickly master a variety of platforms, including Hubspot, Asana, and Notion.

You are organized and love balancing projects with day-to-day responsibilities. You can work independently without being micromanaged, but you are also willing and able to follow direction when necessary. You collaborate well with other team members.

**What is the role about?**

In this role you will be introduced to a variety of customer personas, the problems they face, and how SignAgent helps them overcome those problems.

You’ll be challenged to manage and balance smaller deliverables with larger quarterly goals. From time to time, you may be asked to support sales efforts by attending trade shows. You’ll work closely with our existing sales and customer success teams, but you’ll also need to be able to take responsibility and succeed on your own merit to complete your marketing goals.

Here are some of the specific things you’ll be expected to do:

- Assist with planning and coordination of trade show attendance, including travel arrangements and promotional material preparation.
- Support our partner referral program and help monitor its effectiveness.
- Plan and execute webinars, including creating promotional materials, preparing presentations, and monitoring registration and attendance.
- Manage corporate social media outreach across multiple platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
- Create promotional materials and other materials, including case studies, e-newsletters, brochures, flyers, and presentations that align with our established brand identity.
- Write SEO-optimized content for our website.
- Use Hubspot to create newsletters, implement surveys, and measure and monitor results.
- Respond to customer reviews and feedback on social media, app stores, and other review platforms.
- Coordinate sponsorships and association memberships.
- Create processes that can easily be repeated by you and/or people who may eventually work with you.

**Salary**: $46,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
