**IT services to local users**
- Act as a first point of contact for all IT users in the local plant first, but also support remote users and user from other sites as required.
- Maintain all IT assets at the local plant, and SAP technical support.

**Implement IT policy**
- Roll out of end user IT policy. This policy covers use of all company IT assets and use of personal devices on company premises.

**Work with IT Services Partners**
- Work with IT services partners such as ISP, equipment suppliers, and outside contractors.

**Qualifications**

**Required**
- Hands on experience with networking - Juniper and/or Cisco firewalls, Cisco and/or Netgear switches, LAN/WAN setup and monitoring
- Experience with Avaya PBX systems and Samsung and iPhone cell phones
- Experience with desktop support for Windows XP, Windows 7, and Windows 10/11
- Experience with server admin and support for Windows Server 2008, and 2012.
- Experience with Intermec/Honeywell barcode scanner support
- Service level management via ticketing system
- 3-5 years of hand on experience providing service at a location independently
- Data backup and archiving
- Support for on-going projects such as Sharepoint migration

**Preferred**
- Exposure to SAP administration and support preferred, though not mandatory
- SQL server experience (setup and/or maintenance) desired but not required
