**Our client is looking for a Grounds Maintenance Production Manager**

The basic function of the Grounds Maintenance Production Manager is to provide effective leadership and direction to the Grounds Maintenance and Snow Clearing team. It is the responsibility of the manager to ensure that all customer deadlines are met, and manpower is utilized to maximum efficiency. The manager ensures that there is compliance with all company policies Provincial Legislation and procedures.

**Primary Duties**
- Assisting with up-Sales to existing clients.
- Scheduling maintenance work.
- Assist President with Budget for division.
- Accountable for meeting yearly budget goals for labour, equipment, and materials within the division.
- Daily, Weekly & Monthly labour budget (accountability).
- Client satisfaction and retention.
- Employee hiring, development, and discipline.
- Complete employee reviews in the spring and fall.
- Weekly Safety tailgate talks.
- Oversee division equipment and fleet - coordinate with mechanic and outside vendors.
- Job cost tracking.
- Billing of maintenance and snow removal services.
- Daily Review of Employee hours.
- Weekly quality check visits to all maintenance accounts.
- Direction, coordination and coaching of maintenance staff.
- Organize and chair operations meeting each week.
- Collaborate with Landscape Production Manager to keep shop tidy and all tools and materials kept in their places.
- The production manager is authorized to make purchases up to $2500 to support operations.

**Requirements**:

- A minimum of 2 years operations management experience
- A minimum of 5 year in a supervisory/crew lead position.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, outlook, word) & LMN.
- Certifications in areas of safety and equipment operation - including WHMIS, CPR, First AID, etc.
- College Diploma, Apprenticeship, CHT, University degree in Horticulture or Landscape Technology an asset
- Sales experience.
- Excellent knowledge of landscape materials - both hard and soft materials.
- Working knowledge of Landscape pests and turf & tree problems.

**Salary**: $65,000.00-$80,000.00 per year

- Weekends as needed

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Kitchener-Waterloo, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
