We are seeking dedicated and hardworking individuals to join our team as Snow Shovelers. This role is essential for maintaining safe and accessible pathways during winter weather conditions. As a Snow Shoveler, you will be responsible for clearing snow from driveways, walkways, and other designated areas to ensure safety for pedestrians and vehicles.

You will have to have experience and knowledge with building decks, fences, retaining walls, patios, pool installation, pergolas, and more.

Experience in planting of trees, shrubs, flowers and lawn maintenance that includes lawn cutting with different mowers, edging, pruning and spring/fall clean up.

**Responsibilities**
- Clear snow from sidewalks, driveways, and parking lots using shovels and other hand tools.
- Operate power tools and equipment as needed for efficient snow removal.
- Maintain a clean work area by properly disposing of snow and ice debris.
- Monitor weather conditions to anticipate snow removal needs.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of snow removal tasks.
- Perform basic landscape maintenance tasks as required, including digging and building necessary structures for effective drainage.

**Experience**
- Previous experience in landscape maintenance or snow removal is preferred.
- Familiarity with mechanical knowledge and the use of power tools is a plus.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Strong physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks such as lifting, digging, and shoveling for extended periods.
- Knowledge of hand tools and their proper usage in outdoor maintenance activities is beneficial.
