**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Operate snow plow trucks and other snow removal equipment effectively and safely.
- Clear snow and ice from roads, parking lots, sidewalks, and other designated areas.
- Monitor weather conditions and adjust operations accordingly to ensure timely snow removal.
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment, including checking fluid levels, changing blades, and cleaning machinery.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools as necessary for snow removal tasks.
- Collaborate with team members to coordinate efficient snow removal operations.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed, including hours worked and materials used.

**Experience**
- Previous experience operating snow plows or similar heavy machinery is preferred.
- Mechanical knowledge is essential for performing maintenance on equipment.
- Familiarity with landscape maintenance practices, including the ability to build, dig, maintain, and irrigate as needed during off-season tasks.
- Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools related to snow removal operations.

Pay: $19.00-$22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 1 - 30 per week

- Day shift

- Weekends as needed

**Experience**:

- Snow plowing: 2 years (required)
- Maintenance: 2 years (required)
- Loader operation: 2 years (required)
- Mechanical knowledge: 2 years (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence and clean drivers abstract (required)
