**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and review legal documents related to property transactions.
- Conduct title searches and review title documents.
- Research and interpret relevant legislation and regulations.
- Advise clients on their legal rights and obligations.
- Negotiate with other parties to ensure a successful transaction.
- Provide advice on tax implications of property transactions.
- Liaise with lenders, surveyors, solicitors, and other professionals as required.

**Salary**: From $45,000.00 per year

Flexible Language Requirement:

- French not required

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Burnaby, BC: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
