Customer Service/patient Greeter

**About the position**
As a Patient Greeter, you are the first impression of our practice. You will greet and welcome patients to our offices at 25 Sheppard Avenue West in North York on weekends and public holidays, with a typical shift being 6:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. As patients arrive, you will greet them with a warm smile, put them at ease, check their names, and escort them directly to Anova Fertility, for check-in with Anova’s Patient Administration team. This role requires excellent customer service, time management, and people skills.
**Responsibilities**
- Warmly greet patients in lobby, creating friendly and welcoming atmosphere
- Escort patient (friends of Anova) to Anova Fertility directly
- Confirm patient names against daily booking list to ensure accuracy
- Maintain professional demeanour while providing excellent customer service
- Assist Patient Administrators with patient check-in
- Ensure every patient is acknowledged upon exit with sincere gratitude, appreciation, and well wishes
- Follow opening/closing protocols and maintain operational efficiency
- Anticipate and address potential issues affecting customer experience and clinic operations
- Carry out basic administrative tasks
- Liaise with Patient Services Manager as needed
- Report any issues or discrepancies to appropriate staff members promptly
**Qualification and Requirements**
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, verbal and written
- Experience in administrative support
- Proactive attitude with willingness to learn and adapt in fast-paced environment
- Strong multitasking and prioritization abilities
- Keen attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Empathetic, kind, and friendly approach to patient care
- Ability to work independently and within team
