**THE OPPORTUNITY**

As a Fabrication Project Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the execution of fabrication projects from inception to completion. You will collaborate closely with internal teams, clients, and vendors to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to quality standards. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

**CORE RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Assist in coordinating and managing fabrication projects from initiation to closure, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgets, and specifications.
- Support the development of project plans, schedules, and budgets in collaboration with internal stakeholders and clients.
- Support procurement management
- Assist in cost/schedule impacts from RFI’s or Design Changes
- Communicate effectively with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to gather project requirements and provide regular updates on project progress.
- Assist in monitoring project milestones, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful project delivery.
- Coordinate with fabrication teams to ensure that materials, resources, and equipment are available and utilized efficiently.
- Assist in preparing project documentation, including progress reports, change orders, and closeout documents, in accordance with company policies and procedures.

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Bachelor's degree considered an asset
- Knowledge in the trade considered a asset
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Enthusiasm for learning and willingness to take on new challenges
