Oo Spa is a high-end Japanese-inspired spa and barbershop that offers a sanctuary for men and women where they can unwind, relax and experience the gold standard of Japanese beauty and wellness in a nature-influenced setting. The barbershop provides an ultra-luxe Japanese-style grooming services, including haircuts, shaves, hand and foot repairs and shoeshine services, in a stylish and enjoyable environment dedicated to men. The day spa offers clients a holistic approach to beauty in achieving a balance between the mind, body and skin. It is catered to both men and women and offers high-end, natural Japanese skincare products which are from the Myufull® line of products directly from Japan.

**Primary Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Full scale Content Creation - most important aspect of this role.
- Must be experienced and successful with Instagram, Instagram ads, Facebook, Facebook Ads, Redbook, WeChat, TikTok, Google. - must provide insights and metrics.
- Create, maintain and post social media calendars.
- Responsible for content across all social media platforms.
- Work closely with the Marketing Director and Manager to discuss and coordinate design, vision and creation and implementation of the Social Media Strategy for all social media platforms. This includes weekly meetings (both in person and over zoom).
- Design and assist in the creation of visual graphics (such as branded templates)
- Must be experienced skilled with photoshop, illustrator, Canva
- Identify and execute ways for the Oo Spa brand to engage and lead online trends
- Day-to-day social media organic and sponsored campaigns including outreach.
- Ensure appropriate analytics are tracked and reported to the Marketing director for all campaigns.
- Maintain accounts across social media platforms by promoting and sharing content, increasing Oo Spa follower base, engaging our audience (Direct Messages, Posts, and Comments), and building relationships online.
- Coordinate, shoot, and edit photos and videos for social media and public relations campaigns

**Minimum Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in social media content development
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in online marketing
- Proven experience in writing copy for social media, blogs etc
- Extensive knowledge of social platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Tik tok, Pinterest, WeChat)
- Ability to work effectively and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Experience and strength in using Google Suit (Gmail, Drive, Docs, Sheets)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Promptly respond to communications between Management Team and able to receive direction and implement effectively and efficiently
- Bi-lingual an asset
- Must have a personal camera, and tools to execute photoshoots, videography and high quality images.
- 7+ years of experience in social media marketing, online advertising, graphic design, content creation (writing)
- Must have proven schooling and or degree in marketing or digital media
- Proven experience in product marketing, or related field

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 30 per week

**Salary**: $22.00-$30.00 per hour
