**Our QA department is growing We're seeking a QA Assistant to join our team.**

**Summary**:_Reporting to the QA/IFS Supervisor, the QA Assistant is responsible for supporting our QA and compliance processes by investigating and resolving issues with customer orders, as well as refining and monitoring our current procedures across the company._

**Primary Responsibilities of the Quality Assurance Assistant**:

- Communicate with clients regarding status updates, and reports regarding ongoing RGAs.
- Reviews current standard operating procedures and revises as necessary.
- Creates and updates documentation for implemented changes.
- Assists with compliance and audit preparation, internally and externally.
- Helps in facilitating and tracking the status of Complaints/RGA’s
- Follows all safety and food-safe procedures and complies with company policies.
- Performs other related duties and tasks as required to meet the needs of our operations.

**Qualifications of the Quality Assurance Assistant**:

- College and or University Degree in Quality Assurance or similar
- 1-2 year of working experience in manufacturing industry
- Excellent Communication skills; both verbal and written
- Comfortable with Microsoft Office & technology
- Detail-oriented
- Organized
- Team player
- Positive Attitude

**Hours**:Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 4:00pm

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $20.00-$22.00 per hour
