**Who are we?**

Located just minutes from downtown Montreal, LUX Ground Services Inc is a fast-growing company operating a FBO/Fixed-Base Operation service at St-Hubert Airport (CYHU). LUX also operates a terminal at Quebec City's Jean Lesage International Airport (CYQB).

Our parent company, Chrono Aviation, was founded in Quebec City in 2012. In its early days, the company operated a Pilatus PC-12 and employed two pilots. Today, Chrono Aviation has a fleet of 15 aircraft and a team of 280 employees.

**Role and context**

Reporting to the Head of Security, the agent is responsible for ensuring the safety of passengers and flight operations at checkpoints and inside and outside the private terminal.

**Key responsibilities**
- Carry out passenger and baggage searches in accordance with current regulations
- Drafting of daily reports or offences following operations
- Enforcing the establishment's safety regulations
- Maintaining order and preventing any unrest, offences or theft of property
- Report all offences, incidents, fire hazards, patrol anomalies and any potential danger to the Head of Security

**Key skills**
- Offering excellent customer service
- Good problem-solving skills
- Meals at employee prices at our restaurant Le Hangar
- Observant and vigilant, to detect any anomalies likely to compromise safety
- Easy to intervene quickly when needed

**Specific job requirements**
- Ability to interact with a diverse customer base (in French and English)
- Hold a security guard licence (BSP)
- Valid first-aid card (company can provide training)
- Willingness to work part-time with flexible day and night hours
