- Reporting to the Director, Online and Blended Learning, the incumbent will work with academic managers, program managers, instructional designers, educational support technologies, faculty and other College staff to support eLearning in web-enhanced, blended on online courses across the College. This position will be involved in a variety of activities including FOL course instructional design, digital learning object design/development, FOL course quality review, faculty mentoring and coaching, Quality Matters implementation, project management and special projects that support quality assurance related to online and blended learning at Fanshawe College.**Qualifications**

- Ability to relate effectively to a wide variety of learners
- Strong computer skills and familiarity with educational technologies are required
- Teaching experience with hybrid and/or online delivery preferred
- Related industry work experience, previous college teaching experience and knowledge of curriculum design and student evaluations are assets

**QUALFICATIONS**
- M.Ed. in Instructional Design, Educational Technology or a related field
- Minimum 5 years’ proven experience in instructional design and online learning preferred
- An equivalent combination of education and/or experience may be considered; preference will be given to applicants meeting the education requirements
- Knowledge of UDL principles, EDI and curriculum development an asset

**Approximate Start Date: July 3, 2023**

**Salary**: Determination of starting salaries is based on relevant teaching/occupational experience and relevant formal qualifications, supported with original transcripts from granting institutions. The salary scale is $67,221 to $116,532 along with a comprehensive benefit package.**Partial load or full-time academic staff presently employed with the College will be given first consideration in accordance with the Academic Collective Agreement.**
