Intake Coordinator

**Position Available: Patient Relations Executive**
Are you experienced in navigating the complex needs of individuals involved in motor vehicle accidents (MVA)? We are looking for a dedicated Intake Coordinator to join our dynamic multidisciplinary clinic. In this key role, you will be responsible for managing the patient intake process, ensuring that every patient feels welcomed and well-informed from their first interaction with our clinic.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Serve as the initial point of contact for patients, providing friendly and professional guidance throughout the intake process.
- Collect and verify patient information, including medical history and insurance details, ensuring accuracy and compliance with clinic protocols.
- Coordinate patient appointments, including follow-ups, and ensure proper documentation is maintained in patient records.
- Work closely with medical staff to ensure smooth transitions from intake to treatment, optimizing patient care and experience.
- Address patient inquiries, offering clear and compassionate communication regarding treatment plans, scheduling, and other patient-related concerns.
- Maintain confidentiality and uphold patient privacy in all interactions and documentation.
- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient clinic operations, including data entry, file organization, and other relevant tasks.
**Qualifications**:
- Previous experience in a medical or healthcare office setting is preferred.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on clarity and professionalism.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with the ability to quickly adapt to new software systems.
- A team player with a proactive attitude towards problem-solving and patient care.
