As our Operations Manager - Technical Services, they will be responsible for leading a team of technicians and customer support specialists in the daily delivery of a wide variety of high-quality fire and life safety services and solutions to our industrial, institutional, and commercial customers. Some of the additional expectations of this role include:
- Managing multiple projects/contracts of varying scopes and complexity, including day to day business, to ensure that all activities follow client, company, regulatory and safety requirements;
- Developing and executing sales and service delivery plans, programs, and processes, in consultation with the corporate leadership team, to optimize local service delivery opportunities and existing business, vendor relationships, operational effectiveness, customer experience and overall profitability;
- Creating partnerships to facilitate sales associated with exclusive product lines and services;
- Stewarding branch financial performance through maximization of market potential as well as management of operating expenses including staffing, inventory, and capital assets;
- Engaging customers in an effective and timely manner to build meaningful customer relationships and proactively respond to identified issues and concerns;
- Ensuring effective operational execution through regular review of daily execution of assigned work orders including preparation for work, optimization of material utilization, examination and inspection of work progress, equipment, and worksites; and completion of requisite reports and documentation;
- Building a high performing, cohesive team possessing the requisite training, skills, and customer focus to deliver high-quality service and grow market opportunities;
- Monitoring the efficiency and productivity of the team, and motivating team members to achieve and exceed assigned performance objectives. Where needed, identifying coaching and training required to support performance development;
- Fostering a work environment conducive to open communication, initiative, and teamwork to maintain high levels of morale and a welcoming growth-oriented mindset; and
- Ensuring all work is executed in compliance with company, client and regulatory safe work practices and safety leadership is demonstrated in all aspects of the operation.

En tant que, Gérant -Incendie vous serez chargés de diriger une équipe de techniciens et de spécialistes dans la livraison quotidienne d'une grande variété de services et de solutions en protection incendie à nos clients industriels, institutionnels et commerciaux. Certaines des attentes supplémentaires de ce rôle comprennent:
- Gérer plusieurs projets/contrats de portée et de complexité variables, y compris les activités quotidiennes, pour s'assurer que toutes les activités respectent les exigences du client, de l'entreprise, de la réglementation et de la sécurité ;
- Élaborer et exécuter des plans, programmes et processus de vente et de services, en collaboration avec l'équipe de direction de l'entreprise, pour optimiser les opportunités d’affaire et les activités existantes, les relations avec les fournisseurs, l'efficacité opérationnelle, l'expérience client et la rentabilité globale ;
- Création de partenariats pour faciliter les ventes associées à des gammes de produits et services exclusifs;
- Gestion de la performance financière de la succursale grâce à la maximisation du potentiel du marché ainsi qu’au contrôle des dépenses d'exploitation, y compris la dotation en personnel, les stocks et les immobilisations ;
- Solliciter et fidéliser la clientèle pour bâtir des relations clients et répondre de manière proactive aux problèmes et préoccupations du marché;
- Assurer une exécution opérationnelle efficace grâce à un suivit régulier de l'exécution quotidienne des travaux assignés, y compris la préparation des travaux, l'optimisation de l'utilisation des matériaux, le suivit et l'inspection de l'
