**ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY**

**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the learning center, ensuring a high standard of educational service and operational efficiency.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance educational programs, increase student enrollment, and ensure financial sustainability.
- Hire, train, and manage staff, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with parents, students, and the local community.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of tutoring programs and make adjustments as necessary.
- Manage the center's budget, optimize resource allocation, and oversee financial planning activities.

**POSITION QUALIFICATIONS**
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Administration, Marketing or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in educational administration or management, preferably in a tutoring or learning center environment.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and manage a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in using technology to improve educational outcomes and operational efficiency.
- Passionate about education and committed to the development of students.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $30.00-$40.00 per hour

**Benefits**:
