**Job Description**:
Assist the Manager, Operations and Inventory Purchaser with both physical and administrative duties, and provide ongoing organizational support with respect to filing, purchasing, reporting and inventory control.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Assist Purchaser by sourcing and purchasing products to maintain inventory levels as required by the Computerized Inventory Control
- Assist the Purchaser to maintain the inventory stores through regular physical inventory to ensure accurate records and to aid in the forecasting of re-order timeframes
- Assist in coordinating tenant purchases
- Assists with filing, record keeping and reporting as required
- Receive and document new inventory ensuring delivery matches purchase orders issued
- Prepare and ship orders as required
- Maintain Inventory Storage in a clean and organized state

QUALIFICATIONS

SERVICE / PERSONAL SKILLS:
EXPERIENCE & TECHNICAL SKILLS:

- Minimum 2 years office administration experience preferably in a commercial environment
- Basic computer program literacy in Excel, Word, ONCITE PM Database and Real Suite Work Order Systems
- Basic accounting fundamentals an asset
- Ability to author and edit reports providing the department with accurate details relating to specific and pertinent topics and issues

EDUCATION/DESIGNATIONS/LICENSES:

- Completion of a Post-Secondary education is preferred
