**The Company**:
East Toronto Foot Care was founded in 2017 and has quickly become a trusted source of foot care for the residents of Riverside, Leslieville, and Corktown. Located on Queen Street East close to Queen and Broadview, this area is rapidly growing but retains a small town charm.

Both the 501 and 504 streetcars pass directly in front of the clinic and Broadview station is only a 10 minute streetcar ride away, making the clinic easily accessible by transit. The area is highly walkable and surrounded by great restaurants, lovely cafes, and unique businesses with a serene park just a 2 minute walk from the clinic.

**The Position**:
We are looking for a medical receptionist to join our team:

- Hours: Tuesdays to Fridays (2 Saturdays per month required), 8 hours per day, 9-5 or 10-6 depending on the day
- Hourly pay plus commission on retail sales
- Complementary pair of custom foot orthotics and compression socks once yearly

**Requirements**:

- 1+ years experience in a similar role
- Detail oriented and precise
- Excellent organizational skills
- Friendly and professional attitude
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work well independently
- Reliable and proven track record of excellent professional attendance
- Knowledge of billing and record keeping through EMR an asset

**Duties**:

- Greet and check-in patients
- Ensure all patient records are up-to-date and pre-appointment paperwork is complete
- Ensure the front desk and reception area are clean and organized
- Assist patients in booking appointments
- Accept shipments and ensure inventory is up to date and retail area is priced and stocked
- Complete regular inventory of retail stock and clinic supplies
- Ensure a high degree of accuracy with billing
- Maintain cleanliness of clinic by following a regular cleaning schedule
