**Salary**: $21.50 - $26.50 per hour based on approximately 40 hours per week. Start rate will be commensurate with education and experience. Salary progression based on merit. Hours may vary based on operational needs and requirements.

**Job Summary & Responsibilities**:
This position works from the SOCC (System Operational Control Centre) desk alongside the Operations and Charter Coordinators. This position is responsible for liaising with internal staff and the coordination and communication of all aircraft movements. It also assists in the planning, directing, coordination and communication of all aspects of SkyCare’s aircraft operations.

Responsibilities include:

- Perform flight following and maintain the airline management software
- Modify flight routing for all flights, as required
- Ensure that updated information is provided to Flight Crews and Chief Pilots
- Enter all required data from the OFPs and Journey Logbooks to ensure flight crew time information is accurate
- Assist, if required, with ensuring customer requirements are met on all flights including creating quotes, processing Customs documents, and providing general customer service.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or General Education degree (GED) equivalent
- Minimum two (2) years’ experience in operations and/or flight coordination considered an asset
- Previous experience with Airline Management Software considered an asset
- Required to obtain and maintain satisfactory CPIC (Criminal Record Check)
- Willing to relocate to Sioux Lookout and travel from time to time to other base locations in St. Andrews, Manitoba; Kitchener and Thunder Bay, Ontario
- Legally eligible to work in Canada
