Medical Receptionist

**We are a busy medical clinic in south St. Vital looking to hire a full-time and part-time medical receptionist. Both are permanent positions. Full time hours are Monday - Friday 7:50 a.m. - 4:20 p.m. Part time hours will vary from but primarily for the closing shift of 6:30 p.m. Monday - Thursday, Fridays until 5:00 p.m. Possibly one Saturday a month.**

**Duties include**:
Greeting patients
Answering phones
Booking appointments
Faxing / scanning
Taking heights and weights
Tidy, prepare and fill exam rooms
Patient Recalls
Performing EKG
Work collaboratively with the other staff
Miscellaneous clerical duties that arise

**Qualifications and Skills**:
Have high attention to detail and accuracy
Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills (oral and written)
Completion of a medical office administration program **OR** previous work experience in a medical office
Experience using EMR (preferably Accuro)
Demonstrate high attendance record
Have a positive work ethic
Be proficient in English - additional languages are a bonus

We have installed plexiglass barriers. We provide masks, gloves, sanitizer, eye protection. We have limited the waiting room and clinic capacity to a minimum.
