**Job Title**

Regional Enablement Coach, GTR Private Banking

**What is the opportunity?**

**What Will You Do?**
- Embed and sustain initiatives in the context of our 5 strategic priorities
- Collaborate with market leaders to identify opportunities in sales performance and provide prioritized and targeted support to enhance performance
- Champion practice management behaviours, acquisition activities; promote delivery of a coordinated client relationship/contact strategy involving the client relationship team and referrals to partners that deliver optimal client experience and business outcomes
- Provide diagnostic support on sales leaders/managers’ execution effectiveness of key sales levers (including building Coaching Mastery) and, where required, coach creation of follow up action plans; enhance sales leaders/managers’ sales and coaching capabilities, effectiveness and productivity
- Collaborate with National Office partners to identify opportunities in business performance and provide prioritized and targeted support to enhance performance
- Share best practices and feedback throughout the regions, facilitate ongoing knowledge transfer among regions and markets
- Advocate for sales leaders/forces with National Office partners including escalating gaps/requirements focused on Simpler, Faster, Better ways of doing business
- Successfully execute change, and build employees skills in change management and prioritization supporting them through proactive communication, issue resolution and effective decision-making

**What do you need to succeed?**

**Must Have**:

- Strong organizational knowledge, planning and implementing capabilities with knowledge/experience across Personal and Commercial Banking, including sales management, and direct sales.
- Excellent presentation skills, written and oral communication ability and strong impact and influence competencies
- A minimum of 7 years of proven sales management experience within Personal and Commercial Banking/Wealth.
- Proven experience in both 1:1 coaching, team coaching, and experience coaching sales people and enabling sales leaders
- Curiosity and agility with ability to work in a fast paced, high growth environment
- University degree
- Ability to manage multiple and sometimes conflicting priorities

**Nice to have**:

- Financial Planning designation (PFP)
