**PRIMARY FUNCTIONS**

The Server will provide genuine hospitality to our guests by delivering quality food and beverages in an efficient and consistent manner, while maintaining a positive and cooperative attitude and a SMILE.

This position is fulltime including days, evenings, weekends and holidays.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:
Specific responsibilities may include, but are not limited to the following areas.
- Promoting a "No Problem Service" environment
- Be energetic and enthusiastic; enjoy customer service and working with the public
- Be knowledgeable about the food and beverage menus offered
- Responsibly serve alcohol
- Maintain a safe and sanitary work environment and the cleanliness of the bar
- Perform duties in a timely and efficient manner and in accordance with established company policies
- Perform well under pressure in a fast paced and sometimes challenging environment
- Be accurate with cash and product handling
- Request orders from and serve food and beverages to guests using the upselling techniques
- Responsible for the maintenance and cleanliness of the service area
- Perform opening/closing and side duties as per the shift checklist
- Responsible to do daily cash reporting and other administrative duties as required
- Perform other job related duties assigned by the supervisor/manager
