We are looking for a Service Advisor to handle customer service and sales at our retail Marine store. The individual in this position needs to be extremely friendly, knowledgeable and enthusiastic, and will be responsible for answering phones, follow up with service customers and warranty administration. This position requires strong interpersonal skills, as the individual will often need to multitask and deal with many different situations each day.
**Responsibilities**:
- Computer proficient with ability to multitask
- Organized while insuring tasks are complete and accurate.
- Talk to customers and answer their questions.
- Interact with customers, listen to their questions and concerns and provide timely responses.
- Educate clients about the company’s products, services and offers.
- Schedule appointments, take orders, monitor service progress, calculate charges and process payments.
- Review customer accounts and report changes to internal staff.
- Manage complaints, returns and resolve customer grievances.
- Record customer details and transactions.
- Serve as a customer relationship manager.
- Serve as a link between customers and different departments in the organization
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: $25.00-$29.00 per hour

**Salary**: $55,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
