Regina, Canada Visionpool Business Services Full time

**Visionpool Business Services is hiring IT Technician in both **REGINA AND SASKATOON** for short term contracts. You would prepare equipment such as laptops and modems for technology enabled voting locations in various urban centers across the province. In addition, they will provide remote support to users with technical issues.**:
Qualifications:

- Minimum 3 years experience supporting Windows 10
- Have strong familiarity with technological equipment, software, and networking (particularly WiFi and cellular)
- Have access to a vehicle and a valid driver’s license
- Be proficient with troubleshooting equipment, solving common problems with technology, and providing support to users.
- Ability to accurately follow detailed instructions and procedures.
- Be available to work a variety of shifts Monday through Sunday
- Have ability to handle and lift cases if laptops (approximately 20 kg each).
- Have access to a smart phone that can be used for work-related purposes (Monthly reimbursement provided)
- Call centre experience would be an asset.
