Mississauga, Canada The Elusive Fox Inc. Full time

Our client, a full-service business law firm, is on the hunt for an experienced Estate Planning Law Clerk to assist a Partner and three associates with their estate practices. If you are organized, discreet, detail-oriented, and have a client-first approach to work, we are looking for you 

**What you will be doing:  **
- Provide comprehensive support to Partner and three (3) associates, including drafting and editing of wills, powers of attorney, and codicils, drafting routine correspondence, scheduling appointments, managing calendars, note taking, witnessing and executing of documents, etc. 
- Organize and maintain files and documents, both electronically and in hard copy.
- Maintain Wills database and address all requests pertaining to storage or retrieval of said Wills and other estate planning documents. 
- Track critical dates and initiate follow-up action as required.
- Liaise with clients, lawyers, court personnel, and external parties as required. 
- Assist with docketing and invoicing processes. 

**What you will bring to the position: **
- Minimum of five (5) years of professional experience gained as a Law Clerk in Estate Planning or Estate Administration.
- Completion of a post-secondary Law Clerk or Legal Assistant program. 
- Comprehensive knowledge of Ontario Wills, Power of Attorney, and Trust and Estate Law.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and legal software such as Teams, Prolaw, etc. 
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with meticulous attention to detail.  
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.  
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $75,000.00-$85,000.00 per year
