Ft Personal Support Worker

Hamilton, Canada Senior Helpers Full time

Responsibilities Include:

- Providing back-up care to unfilled visits when caregivers are unable to attend
- Being the face of the company by establishing and maintaining relationships with clients and caregivers.
- Working with the client to ensure the care needs are met and care plans are kept up to date.
- Scheduling regular check-up visits to clients and caregivers to ensure the integrity of care is being upheld. Reviewing the clients care plan, dated notes in Wellsky and performing regular in-home safety checks.
- Ensuring a quick response time in address clients concerns
- Sharing ideas with the operations and sales team about new ways in providing optimal care to our clients
- Monitoring feedback from our clients and escalating complaints to the operations and sales team
- Ensuring integrity of client and caregivers files are upheld in Wellsky through proper documentation.

**Job Type**: Casual

**Salary**: $18.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
