**Position Overview**

**Seasonal**

This position is seasonal, but could transition into year round.

**Role**

This position takes on the responsibility of operating our food truck through the summer at events around Central Alberta. When not one the food truck, opportunities may arrise to assist in our restaurant operations.

**Who are You**

**Age & Requirements**
- 18 years or older
- Clean driving record
- Valid Driver’s License
- Willing and able to drive a truck, pulling a 13’ trailer.
- Availability and flexibility for a changing schedule

**Skills & Attributes**

You’re a confident, dynamic, friendly, and organized individual who values cleanliness and detail. You thrive in social settings and contribute positively to our team culture.

**Experience**

Previous experience in food service, hospitality, or customer service is a plus, but not a deal-breaker. We’re ready to train the right person who has the drive and willingness to learn.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Oversee food truck operations, including prep, inventory management, and customer service.
- Engage in hands-on tasks such as cooking, food preparation, cashiering, and maintaining a clean work environment.
- Drive and manage a food truck and trailer, ensuring safety and compliance at all times.

**How to Apply**

**Job Type**: Part-time

Expected hours: 15 - 30 per week

- 10 hour shift
- 12 hour shift
- Every Weekend

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Hospitality/Customer Service: 1 year (preferred)
- Food Service: 1 year (preferred)
- Driving: 2 years (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (required)
