**All about the role**
Within Operations, we build toolsets and services that empower our internal colleagues to work efficiently and effectively. You'll be responsible for a team that's focused on partner (restaurants/groceries) tooling, located in Winnipeg, Canada.

You'll work closely with the Customer Services department, enabling CS agents in their work managing restaurant and grocery partners. We build fully customised tools to manage partners like approval management, schedulers, bulk update system, exports, partner search and everything else needed to represent our partners in the best possible way on our platforms. Key success factors are internal efficiency, technical scalability, and partner happiness.

**As part of this varied role, we're counting on you to**:

- Lead the continuous Product Discovery process, align with UX Researchers and Product Analysts to find opportunities relevant to your OKRs, and explore how these can be measured and validated.
- Build and manage prototypes and other (user) tests to assess their viability, and to ultimately decide what's worth investing development time in.
- Work with developers to create transparency around requirements and ensure that the right priorities are set during the sprint planning, and value is delivered in short iterations after each sprint.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align with their goals and needs, ensure transparency and manage their expectations accordingly.
- Create a vision and strategy for your products in collaboration with your team and in alignment with your Product Lead.

- Demonstrated ability in a product management role while working in multidisciplinary teams.
- Down-to-earth, practical, and driven to have a positive impact on all people around you.
- Experience working on various products, while closely collaborating with developers and assessing technical solutions.
- Solid understanding of, experience with, and a passion for modern product management and concepts like product discovery and delivery.
- Effective communication of complex matters and requirements to non-domain experts in a clear, simple and concise way.
- Experience in the food industry is a big plus
