Maintenance and Quality Control Officer

We are a novel property management company with a commitment to serve both the tenants and the landlords in an equitable and transparent manner. And hearing to and solving tenant issues promptly is a core value to our business.

Maintenance Responsibilities:

- Supervising and leading all maintenance processes and operations
- Being single point of contact for all maintenance inquiries
- Ensuring all inquiries are logged in the property management system
- Creating and implementing maintenance procedures
- Conducting regular inspections of properties to detect and resolve issues
- Planning and managing all repair and installation activities
- Assigning repair schedules to vendors and evaluating repair cost estimates

Quality Control Responsibilities:

- Inspecting properties at regular intervals and making sure all maintenance activities such as landscape are being performed diligently by the contractors
- Preparing inspection reports for in-suite inspections

**Requirements**:

- Class 5 drivers license
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, facility management, or a similar field is preferred
- A minimum of 1 years experience in maintenance
- Good understanding of general plumbing, carpentry, and electrical systems.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $32.00-$38.00 per hour
