Skills and experience for the next step in your career.

**Your day to day activities will include**:
Identify business opportunities with producers and dealers
Negotiate contracts with producers and dealers on the purchase of grain
First point of contact for purchasing and delivery of grain
Meet with producers face to face to prospect for new business, nurture relationships, and collect grain samples
Update producers on market information
Review grain marketing programs
Provide the P&H Merchandising team with grain market information from producers and dealers

Post-secondary education is an asset
Strong sales techniques and negotiation strategies
Exceptional customer service, relationship building and networking skills
Proven ability to meet sales targets
Ability to close deals
Must be available to travel periodically
Microsoft Office Suite (Word, high proficiency in Excel)
