**Sales Executive / Sales Manager**

Markham

We are a leading supplier of computer and consumer electronics across Canada for over 30 years, we are looking for talents to join our sales team to expand our multidimensional business from distribution to wholesale and distribution to retail.

**Role and Responsibilities**:

- Develop new customers
- Follow up with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction
- Handle customer inquiries and business transactions responsibly and accurately
- Coordinate with other sales representatives to ensure that the sales targets are met and assist each other when needed
- Achieve sales goals by understanding the client needs and following up with potential clients
- Sales executive and manager should develop and maintain professional relationships with new and existing customers
- Sales manager should plan, organize and provide leadership to achieve the short
- and long-term business growth
- Sales manager also responsible for team development through coaching and training to increase productivity levels

**Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities**
- Good communication, interpersonal, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
- Sales manager require 5+ years experience in the industry
- Sales executive with 2+ years of customer service experience is preferred
- Ability to work in a team environment and inspire other teammates
- University/College Degree in a related program of study is required
- Strong proficiency in MS Office - Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Mandarin and Cantonese speaking is an asset
- Self-motivated and enthusiastic

**Job Types**: Full-time

**Salary**: $36,000.00-$40,000.00 per year

**Benefits**:

- Extended health care

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission pay

**Experience**:
