**Responsibilities**:

- Review and work customer payment exceptions such as refunds, transfers, return items and missing payments
- Processing of EFT payments
- Daily/Monthly posting/reconciliation of all payments by way of internal/external reporting platforms
- Troubleshoot any payment related matters | Work with internal departments of Eastlink
- Project work as required

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor of Commerce degree focused in accounting
- 3 years of data processing and/or accounting experience
- Proven experience in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook
- Proven experience in billing software systems of CSG and MIND
- Ability to complete detailed analysis while following established policies & procedures
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
- Effective problem-solving skills including anticipating, preventing, identifying, and solving problems as necessary
- Detail oriented; willing to investigate the details and ask probing questions
- Desire for continuous learning; eager to understand other areas of the business
- Participate in and support a positive work environment
- Must be driven to consistently meet deadlines
- Strong focus on customer service
- Understanding of payment processing procedures and regulations
- Strong communication skills both oral and written
