Journeyman/woman Heavy Equipment Technician

**Job Duties and Responsibilities Include**:
- Diagnose, repair and service all equipment components and systems as assigned by supervisor.
- Perform preventative maintenance inspections; including fluid and filter changes, testing of equipment and adjustments for optimization.
- Maintain good working records for time, parts, supplies, and outside purchases in repairs.
- Maintain and care for shop tools, equipment, and vehicles.
- Communicate with others internally and externally in a professional manner.
- Order parts and materials required to perform assigned repairs.
- Maintain work area in a clean and safe condition.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
**Job Requirements and Qualifications Include**:
- Heavy Equipment Technician or Agriculture Equipment Technician certification
- Must be fluent in the English language.
- 3+ years experience working on John Deere agriculture equipment.
- Strong diagnostic and technical troubleshooting skill.
- Ability to work independently.
- Ability to interpret technical documentation.
- Own your own tools/toolbox.

**Salary**: $30.00-$45.00 per hour
