**ESSENTIAL DUTIES**:

- Responsible for the ground’s maintenance and landscaping of the property with a strong focus on garden maintenance.
- Responsible for the repairs and maintenance of all community buildings and equipment.
- Assist in maintaining the pool facility and other amenities.
- Ensuring ongoing communication with Manager.
- Responsible for cleaning work area, tools and equipment.
- Responsible for courteous, efficient response at all times.
- Always operate within the applicable Occupational Health & Safety legislation and company policies.
- Other duties as required.

**EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE**:

- High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or equivalent combination of education and experience.

**SKILLS & ABILITIES**:

- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
- Physically fit; ability to lift, push and pull up to 25lbs frequently and up to 50lbs infrequently; ability to work at heights
- Excellent oral & written communication skills
- Excellent problem solving, critical thinking and organizational skills
