**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct market research and analysis to advise clients on property value and market trends.
- Facilitate property transactions, including negotiation, contract drafting, and closing processes.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients to understand their real estate needs and preferences.
- Utilize marketing strategies to promote properties and attract potential buyers.
- Collaborate with our team to share best practices, insights, and industry knowledge.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 3 years experience as a licensed Real Estate Agent.
- Active real estate license in Ontario.
- Proven track record of successful real estate transactions and client satisfaction.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to succeed in a competitive market.
- Tech-savvy and comfortable using real estate software and tools.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Casual, Apprenticeship

**Salary**: $50,000.00-$300,000.00 per year
