Receptionist/bookkeeper

Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using computerized accounting software
- Process and record financial transactions, including accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Prepare and reconcile bank statements and general ledgers
- Assist with budgeting and financial forecasting
- Conduct regular audits to ensure data integrity and compliance with regulations
- Generate financial reports, such as balance sheets and income statements
- Assist with payroll processing and tax filings
- Provide administrative support, such as answering phone calls and managing correspondence
- Perform general clerical duties, including filing, typing, and data entry
**Experience**:
- Proven experience as a bookkeeper or in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
- Proficiency in computerized accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero)
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Effective communication and customer support abilities

**Salary**: $18.00-$25.00 per hour
